One of our customers, a leading manufacturer in the steel industry, located in the Middle East, faced abrasive consumption issues when using standard cast steel round shots and GL Grit on their shot blasting machines. After talking with Winoa local contacts, W Care experts and customers arranged a virtual meeting on their website. The customer was instructed throughout the meeting and was asked to use his smartphone to demonstrate certain parts of the machine. "What's in these drums?", "Show me the frosted curtain", "Go to the air separator": The experts checked every detail and found out the problems in the process.
